How we fund our loans
Landbay is an FCA authorised and regulated Marketplace Lender.
All credit decisions are made by Landbay’s team of experienced specialist underwriters and whole loans are automatically allocated at random by our platform, to be funded by institutional or retail investors.
The majority of loans (circa 90%) are funded by institutions who may securitise them.
Regardless of funding source, the mortgage terms for borrowers are identical and all interactions with borrowers after the loan completes are through Landbay.
No personal data about the borrower is shared with any investors (per standard practice in securitisation / mortgage funding).
